The DHR are based in Southampton. We are an inclusive non profit making organisation connecting local cyclists so they can share their cycling experience, enjoy riding together and share the love of cycling! ♡
The DHR membership has grown exponentially in 2021. The weekly 'Wednesday Social' and 'Saturday Ride' has seen literally hundreds of local riders joining us for these events! ....... Moving forward we are looking to continue building our community and make 2022 an exceptional year, not only for the DHR cycling community as a whole but especially the DHRacing team, helping local riders new to the scene acheive their racing goals and ambitions.
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the members of our community for wanting to be a part of this great fraternity! A thank you to our Ride Leader Partners for your contributions and lastly, but not least, a thank you to you for reading this! Join us! x

The Saturday Ride is an informal gathering of cyclists. The ride is inclusive, friendly and open to all, aimed and organised for you to discover the joys of group cycling! .... Whether you're a seasoned racer or new to cycling you will be welcome to join us.
There's usually 2, 3 or 4 groups out on the road....
The Social Ride ~
A sometimes shorter ride looking to introduce those who are new to the scene the joys of group cycling - This ride is a relaxed chatty affair ..... Pace will be approximately 13-14 mph depending on who's out. We try and provide DHRide Leaders for the social ride so we can help new riders have a great experience.
The Inters 1 and 2 ~
One group at approx 16's and one at 18's. It's a ride for those looking to stretch their legs and ride with peers: these groups are suitable for the more experienced rider. Please make sure you are familiar with the route.
The Fast Ride ~
Chaingang and pace line will be order of the day; full gas at 20's+. It's a drop ride but we regroup atop the hills to let those chugging get back on! - if you want to get fit and maybe look at doing some road racing this year then this is the group for you.

New Riders ~
